This painting was inspired by a walk between the olive trees fields in Agios Leon village, in Zakynthos Island. Olive trees live for thousands of year, and the old ones, as pictured on the left side of the painting are really impressive. Those old ones, have a special value, and it is very often that someone is the owner of a tree while not being the owner of the land below the tree!
