In the following sections you will find detailed information on the shipping fees, sale terms and conditions, prints editions, return and refund policy, and terms of use of this online shop.
Whenever you see the words "Limited Edition", it refers to editions of maximum 50 prints, number which shall be never exceed for the specified print size. In addition, the total number of prints for all size limited editions for each original painting should never exceed 100 copies. Either Limited Editions or Open Editions shall be selected for each original painting, and I shall never do both. The prints of Limited Editions are numbered, titled, dated (printing date) and signed by me in the bottom white margin of the print. High quality heavyweight matt paper and professional archival inks (long lasting and fade resistant) are used for the professional print of the Limited Edition Prints.
The specified size refers to actual painted/printed image size.
Prints usually have an additional white border, where I write by hand the print number, painting name, date and I sign each print.
The paper size of original watercolor paintings is slightly bigger (0.3 to 0.5 inch) than the specified size, to allow for matting and framing. Most of the times this additional margin is also painted, but not shown in the digital images that I post.
The digital image of the paintings, used on this website, is acquired by high definition scanning, without using any kind of filters or color enhancement techniques. I am doing every effort to ensure that digital image matches true colors of the painting, but please have in mind that every monitor may have different color/contrast/intensity settings and it may alter the actual image colors.
All prices are shown in $ US Dollars and I reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. If you like an original painting very much, but it is priced slightly higher than what you can afford, please contact me and I will do my best for your satisfaction.
The pricing is provided for the paintings and the prints alone, without including a mat or a frame. Upon request I could offer matting and framing services, but please first contact me to give you a quote of the cost.
All payments are all processed through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover), debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal transfers. You do not need a PayPal account to use their secure service. When you place your order, Paypal will finalize payment on a secure server then send you back to our site. Learn more about PayPal.
Pay with confidence–your payment information is always safe! I never see or have access to credit card information. Any information you enter regarding your credit/debit card will occur on a secure PayPal website page during the checkout process. If you have an existing PayPal account, be SURE that your address is updated and accurate, in order to avoid shipment to incorrect address.I process and ship orders at least 2 times per week, every Monday and every Thursday, unless I am on a trip. However, no matter what day you place your order, it should be on its way to you within a maximum of 7 days of purchase (usually much sooner). If you have any special shipping requests just let me know. I am happy to mail your artwork Priority/Express/Insured/etc…just get in touch and I will send you an updated PayPal invoice for the additional charges. Easy!
I will send you an email when your order is received, and another upon shipment. The shipment notification email will include any relevant delivery information, like confirmation or tracking numbers (if available).
I am ship to anywhere in the world via ELTA, the Hellenic Post Service, from Patras, Greece. I package everything carefully for safe transport, and I fully trust ELTA to safely deliver items in a timely manner. From the experience I have with them over the years, it usually takes less than 10 days to deliver internationally. I generally do not insure the package unless requested. The insurance fee is calculated by the ELTA depending on the insured value.
The shipping and packing fee includes a flat rate and a "per item" rate. For very small size items (cards or ACEO) the flat rate is 1.00 US$, and for each small size item the rate is 0.50 US$. For medium sized items (up to 15"x15") the flat rate is 4.00 US$, and the "per item" rate varies, as it follows:
If you received a damaged package, please make sure that you immediately take pictures of the damage and contact me within 48 hours to inform me on the damage. Upon agreement we can arrange either for an exchange (replacement of the damaged item with another one of the same value) or a refund. Shipping is nonrefundable.
